Car rental terms
The following information sets out the basic rules applicable to car rentals arranged through RentAuto.pro.
1. Service operator
RentAuto.pro is operated by IDK Sp. z o.o., Osiedle Na Wzgórzu 2/2, 84-312 Cewice, Poland, KRS 0000961458, NIP 8411732068, REGON 521519530. IDK Sp. z o.o. is the contracting party in rental agreements concluded with customers.
2. Reservation and rental agreement
Vehicle availability and the specific terms of each rental are confirmed before the agreement is concluded. The rental agreement specifies, in particular, the rental period, price, payment terms, pickup and return location and any additional agreed conditions.
3. Driver requirements and documents
The minimum driver age is 25 years. The driver must have held a valid driving licence for at least 2 years and must provide the documents required to conclude the rental agreement. Any additional driver must be agreed before the rental begins.
4. Price and payment
The price of each rental is confirmed before the agreement is concluded. The offer shown on the website may depend on the rental period, dates and individual reservation terms.
5. Security deposit
The refundable security deposit is 1200 PLN. It is returned after the rental has been properly completed unless there is a justified basis under the rental agreement or rental terms to retain all or part of the deposit.
6. Vehicle pickup and return
The condition of the vehicle may be documented at pickup and return, including by means of a handover protocol, mileage, fuel level and photographic documentation.
7. Fuel and mileage
Fuel rules and any mileage limit are agreed before the rental begins and may form part of the rental agreement.
8. Use of the vehicle
The vehicle must be used lawfully, in accordance with its intended purpose and the rental agreement. Travel abroad, allowing another person to drive the vehicle or other non-standard use requires prior agreement.
9. Damage, breakdowns and accidents
In the event of damage, breakdown, collision, accident or theft, the customer must contact RentAuto.pro immediately and follow the instructions provided and the terms of the rental agreement.
10. Fines and charges
The driver is responsible for fines, road charges and other amounts resulting from the use of the vehicle during the rental period, in accordance with applicable law and the rental agreement.
11. Cancellation
Cancellation or date-change conditions are communicated before the reservation is confirmed and may depend on the specific rental dates and terms.

This page provides general information about the rental conditions. The binding terms of a specific rental are set out in the rental agreement and the conditions communicated to the customer before the agreement is concluded.
